Job Description

This position will be a member of the Cherwell Service Management development and administration team, with a particular focus on underlying infrastructure, databases, scheduled workflows, API integrations, and service billing processes. The secondary responsibility will be to develop new features for UM departments that use Cherwell, troubleshoot and fix development bugs, and to maintain the health of the system through routine maintenance and performance monitoring/analysis.

In this role, the developer will be expected to work closely with departments to identify requirements, prepare solution proposals, develop and test, and participate in knowledge transfer and end user documentation.

This role also participates in a 24x7 on call rotation approximately 1 week out of 7.

We use the Agile development method for organizing our work and publishing changes on a weekly basis. This is a fast paced, highly autonomous role.

Salary

$47,476 - $70,000 Commensurate with experience

Shift

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (Central Time), 100% remote position

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of development experience

5+ years of professional experience

Experience with any of the following:

MS SQL Server, Windows Server, APIs, Scripting, Cherwell/Ivanti, ETL, Agile
