he Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University invites applications for a one-year full-time postdoctoral scholar position starting Fall 2022 with the possibility of a one-year renewal.

Essential Functions: The candidate must contribute to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship’s mission in the areas of research and teaching, and must be able and willing to teach management courses to both undergraduate and graduate students.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1) A PhD in organizational theory, strategic management, entrepreneurship, or organizational behavior; ABD candidates must successfully defend their dissertation by July 1, 2022; 2) Evidence of potential for excellence in research publications at top-tier journals and a promising agenda; 3) Evidence of potential for teaching excellence in one or more areas of management

Desired Qualifications:

1) A strong research agenda as evidenced by papers published or forthcoming in the department’s list of premier academic journals; 2) Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels; 3) Evidence of engagement with others in a respectful and cooperative manner so as to support and enhance a collegial department culture
