Job Summary:

Seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. We are recruiting for an Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor to join our division. Your primary home will be with a community-based practice in a 450-bed tertiary community teaching hospital, with an internal medicine resident teaching service. The position offers a full complement of pulmonary and critical care services and procedures.

Candidate will join a group of ten physicians/ 2-4 Advanced Practice Providers providing patient care to Pulmonary/Critical Care patients with lung disease at UW Health approved locations, including Unity Point Health Meriter (ICU and Pulmonary consult service), University Hospital and Clinics, UW Health Pulmonary Clinics and approved outreach locations. Participate in clinical and classroom teaching of medical students, residents and fellows. Opportunities for additional educational, QI or administrative roles may be available.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities are to provide clinical care in pulmonary and critical care settings. Support the research mission of the Department of Medicine, and participate in clinical teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students.
