The User Services Summer Assistant responsibilities include assisting clients who come to the Tech Desk, answering phones at the Tech Desk and/or Equipment Desk, unboxing computers, transporting computers and other equipment across campus, setting up computers or other other equipment, and completing inventory updates of equipment. This is a short-term, temporary position working summer of 2022.

Job Duties:
- Responsibilities would include assisting clients who come to the Tech Desk, answering phones at the Tech Desk and/or Equipment Desk, unboxing computers, transporting computers and other equipment across campus, setting up computers or other other equipment, and completing inventory updates of equipment.

- User Services provides computer, equipment, and classroom technology support throughout the campus.

Minimum Qualifications:
- high school diploma
