Performs clerical support activities for the office of Prior
Learning Assessment (PLA) such as communication with students,
staff, and faculty; data entry and record keeping; data retrieval;
invoice and payment tracking; coordinating meetings; and general

Example of Job Duties:
- Create, maintain, and update extensive program documents and
- Conduct extensive record-keeping detailing and tracking program
- Handle communications with students, faculty, staff, vendors,
and training sponsors.
- Schedule and handle logistics for meetings, including
coordinating multiple schedules and making resource materials
- Support PLA Office human resource activities, such as faculty
appointments and payments.
- Handle PLA Office accounting functions, such as invoicing and
fee application requests along with payment tracking.
- Administer the PLA Scholarship Program, including awards and
$15 per hour.
