Lecturer in Human Evolutionary Biology

The Department of Human Evolutionary Biology seeks applications for one full-time or two half-time lecturers for the 2022-2023 academic year. The appointment is an annual (twelve-month) academic appointment with an expected start date of July 1, 2022. The appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal contingent on performance, position availability, curricular need, and divisional dean authorization. The successful applicant will be hired as a Lecturer in the Department of Human Evolutionary Biology.

Doctorate in human evolutionary biology or related discipline required by the appointment start date. Demonstrated strong commitment to teaching is desired.

This position is scheduled to begin July 1, 2022, with possibility of renewal up to eight years. We will evaluate applications beginning May 16, 2022 and will conclude when the position is filled.
