Position Summary:
An EKU Interior Finisher Tech I completes initial construction and repairs of university floors, walls, and ceilings. Interior Finisher Tech I will have knowledge and abilities to work with various finish materials such as ceramic, plaster, drywall, paint, caulk, VCT, LVT, Carpet, etc. This position will work closely with the Craft Foreman and Structural Supervisor to complete work orders assigned in a quality, timely, and safe manner.

Minimum Education:
• High school or GED required

Minimum Experience:
1 year or an equivalent combination of education experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Minimum Licensure and Certification:
Valid State Driver’s License

Performs the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of finish surfaces of all University facilities
