Tenure-track role of Assistant Professor for the Department of World Languages and Cultures at The University of Scranton.
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in Spanish language, Latin-American literature and culture, and/or Latinx Studies, contributing to curriculum development, maintaining a scholarly research program, academic advising, student mentoring, and performing service to the Department, University, and Community.
Candidates must have a Doctorate in Spanish or a closely related field. Doctoral studies must have included teaching as an Instructor.
