The Admissions Systems Coordinator manages the student information system (PeopleSoft) and the customer relationship management system (Salesforce) for the Office of Admissions. This position is liaison to the NU System team and is responsible for maintaining, testing and documentation of the application system and associated supports. The coordinator uses data and reports to identify and recommend strategies for all areas of the Admissions team including admissions counselors for territory management; the events team on enrollment and outreach events; and on communication with prospective students.
Management of PeopleSoft and the undergraduate application; serving as undergraduate admissions functional lead and liaison with NeSIS student information statewide team. Responsible for testing PeopleSoft upgrades and eForm changes. Develops and maintains training materials and resources. Utilizes the student information and customer relationship management (Salesforce) systems to analyze data trends and inform recruitment strategies including the organization and distribution of data and reports. Establishes and fosters collaborative network among chairs, deans and academic units around the exchange and analysis of predictive data.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience with information systems, customer relationship management (CRM) relational database or other complex data system. Experience in data management, reporting and assessment.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. Experience with student information system. Experience with Salesforce/TargetX. Experience with PeopleSoft and with Tableau or other data visualization solution.
