Summary:

Do you know what really matters to a university marketing & admissions department?

Do you get strategy, and think they need more than reporting on clicks and impressions from their agency partner?

Are you ready to transform the way recommendations are made, to demonstrate real value, and impact every aspect of the student recruitment journey, from advertising engagement to enrollment?

The Director of Client Growth - Media & Strategy, is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day function of our Global Client Growth Strategy Department. This team is responsible for supporting our University partners in achieving their ambitious growth targets for student recruitment, through creative, advertising campaigns that track and impact all aspects of a students journey, through to enrollment.

This role joins up the strategic development of both sector experts (Higher Education), AND the delivery of first rate advertising & related services. The Client Growth Strategy Department is a frictionless combination of;

Client Growth Partners; focusing on the client’s strategic growth plan (student enrollment numbers and market share) as well as growth outside of contractual relationship

  • Accountable for the strategic onboarding of a client to ensure we are set up for success to match their growth goals
  • Strategic level relationship management (QBRs, strategic meetings, etc)
  • Accountable for increasing financial growth of clients through Growth Strategy Plans.

In a nutshell, If a client has a contract to spend $1 million - it is the Client Growth Partners accountability to ensure we deliver the agreed targeted growth number on top of this (i.e. the next $1 million), by maintaining a strategic view of the client and opening up additional schools, programs, faculties, & partner institutions.

Campaign Strategists; working as an extension of the client, building briefs, making campaign recommendations and working to improve throughout the process (brief to reporting). Familiar with all aspects of a campaign, with innovative recommendations from research, to creative, and CRO, to improve campaign performance.

  • Accountable for the tactical go to market onboarding of clients - making sure they are “campaign ready”. They are incredibly organized, spinning many plates to ensure dates and deadlines are met.
  • Accountable for delivering the advertising services to the contracted client

In a nutshell - if a client has a contract to spend $1 million - it is the Campaign Strategists accountability to ensure this occurs through providing the correct advertising services that match their growth needs
