Part Time Position
Position Responsibilities:
- Support all academic testing requirements of the College within the Office of Testing Services
- Proctor and administer a variety of placement tests (Accuplacer) and classroom tests to diverse population of individuals, including but not limited to those with various disabilities
- Assist students, faculty, and staff with inquiries
- Assist with scheduling of all academic testing, activities, and services
- Ability to appraise workflow and utilize resources to maximize productivity
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and diplomacy
- Perform office administration operations and clerical duties including typing, filing, and answering phones
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google suite
- Excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, and communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal; detail-oriented self-starter
- Ability to multi-task, work under deadline pressure, and be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods while overseeing tests in a computer lab
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a collaborative manner with students, faculty and staff
