Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) is the College’s chief enrollment officer, managing recruitment activities, enrollment and admissions processes and the strategic administration of financial aid. The VP is a member of President’s Council, the senior administrative team providing counsel and support to the College President.

This position offers the opportunity to join the College during an exciting growth phase: a breadth of short-term, online (through LC Online), and 2- and 4-year academic programs are offered; student retention has increased; more robust international enrollment efforts are under way; the College is exploring geographical expansion projects; and enrollment outcomes have been consistent.  The VPEM, in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team, is responsible for development and implementation of our recruitment plan to identify, attract, admit and enroll diverse and talented neuro-diverse students.

Qualifications: BA or BS required; graduate degree highly desirable. Candidates are expected to have progressive experience in admissions at a college or university, an in-depth knowledge of admissions and financial aid issues, a working understanding of databases and systems, a commitment to a diverse and inclusive community, and significant management and leadership experience. An understanding of learning difficulties, and experience in developing integrated recruitment and marketing programs, is expected. The VP must be a compelling and inspirational communicator for the College as we advance Landmark’s distinctive mission, culture, programs, and services. Travel on behalf of the College is a requirement.
