Position Summary
Participate in grant and contract activities in the Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center in the role of a Registered Nurse. In this position, you would be responsible for assuring needs of clinical trials and DOH contract are met collaborating with coordinators and program managers.

Position Summary

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement site recruitment and tracking plans.
- Regulatory document completion and subsequent submissions.
- Develop site tools and training materials.
- Participate in CEAD activities for RN aspects, clinic, phone calls and training.
- Perform RN activities in clinical trials.
- .Assure that appropriate UB and/or sponsor SOPs are followed.
- Assist in preparation for audits, and audit responses, as appropriate.
- Update & maintain site referrals database, and OnCore, CRMS and Central Study Registration Management databases as per UB requirements.
- Maintain documentation of CEAD related activities in Redcap.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and license to practice as registered nurse in New York State.
- Experience in Alzheimer’s disease clinical trials.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to express complex ideas.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff to coordinate and execute study activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within various clinical trials.
- Ability to reason independently and recommend specific solutions in clinical settings.
- Understanding of basic data processing functions, including electronic data capture.
- Working knowledge of current ICH GCP guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and work with a matrix team environment is essential.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in electronic data capture ( EDC ) preferred.
