Job Summary:

The Marist Upward Bound Program is seeking applicants for the summer program’s residential staff. The program runs from June 26 through August 5, 2022, generally Sunday -Thursday.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education with at least a 2.5 GPA. The ideal candidate will have overcome similar barriers to education as our students, have a desire to work with youth, and be able to serve as a role model for our students from underrepresented backgrounds in higher education.

Essential Functions:

Tutor counselors assists with the planning and supervision of students and activities and are required to live on campus between June 20 and August 5, 2022.

The Marist Upward Bound Program was founded in 1966. It is a federally funded college preparatory program designed to generate in participants the skills and motivation necessary to persist in completing their secondary education and enter and complete a program of postsecondary education.
