Job Description

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach MSPO 520 - Space Technology and Systems.

Course Description:

The concepts and technologies of modern space technology and systems that combine science and engineering will be examined in this course. The course material will focus on the scientific and engineering fundamentals of launch vehicle and spacecraft systems and subsystems and their interactions.


A minimum of a Doctoral degree in discipline is required (please see list of acceptable disciplines below), as well as relevant industry experience from within the last 7 years.

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Desired Professional Training or Experience

Specific industry, military or university training, or experience in space operations development or management, ideally within the satellite industry, including: working in the science or business of space, to include manufacturing, operations, finance, or entrepreneurship.
