The Media School at Indiana University Bloomington invites applications for a non-tenure track Visiting Lecturer position in game design. We seek candidates with substantive experience working with Unity, C#, and version control. Ideal candidates would have one to five years of teaching experience as well as level design experience, one or more published games to their credit, and excellent communication skills. The Media School provides a supportive environment for teaching across media disciplines, with game design as one of the most technology-focused areas of undergraduate enrollment. Applicants with little or no classroom experience still are encouraged to apply and should discuss their interest and preparedness to teach students at the college level.

The candidate should have a graduate degree in a discipline such as Computer Science, Information Science, Digital Art, Music Technology, Game Design, Media Design, or other media technology-related field. Professional experience will be considered in lieu of an academic degree. Duties will include teaching and service to the game design program. The teaching load is three courses per semester.
