The Department of Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago invites candidates to apply for a full-time, clinical, non-tenure-track appointment, to begin in Fall 2022. This position combines teaching and administrative responsibilities. Previous teaching experience in Strategy at graduate levels and in International Business, International Management, or related areas, as well as business/industry experience, are preferred.

The successful candidate will teach a variety of courses. Specific course assignments might include Strategy and Leadership, Corporate Strategy, and/or Business Strategy at graduate levels and Strategic Management, International Business, and/or International Management at undergraduate levels. The successful candidate in the Strategy/IB area will have experience in the area or its related fields, and be willing to work with Management Department colleagues to develop and maintain an appropriate curriculum. Academic and Professional Qualifications include a minimum of an earned master’s degree in business administration or a closely related field. Leadership experience in business and industry is preferred. A PhD is not required. Qualified candidates must demonstrate teaching competence and a strong commitment to the mission of the University. Of special interest are candidates who can further the University’s efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
