Enrollment Certifications, NCAA Certifications, Veterans Affairs, Data Interpretation, Data Entry Collection and Customer Services.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1. Must have excellent interpersonal, customer relations, communications, and organization skills.
2. Must have prior experience in using Student information Systems, ( BANNER ).
3. Have the ability to manage multiple priorities, objectives, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, e-mail, and internet.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for NCAA eligibility and compliance activities in partnership with university athletics compliance officer.
• Upkeep and monitor school records and accounts pertaining to veterans and assuring any eligible person enrolled are readily identifiable and available for authorized representative of the government for inspection.
• Monitor and maintain permanent records to show veteran-student progress.
• Electronically notify Veterans Affairs of any changes in student enrollment statuses during a semester.
• Electronically submit proper paperwork to Veterans Affairs to ensure proper payments for students.
• National Student Clearinghouse enrollment, degree and verification processes
• BANNER data collection and review of student profiles
• Student change of majors
• Argos retrieval of reports
• Answer a multi-line phone system
• Receive and assist customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree; Two years or more customer service experience; Two years or more clerical or administrative experience required; and BANNER experience a plus.
