Position Description Summary
The Department of Marketing at the College of Business, Northern Illinois University is seeking to fill one full-time instructor position in the field of Digital Marketing beginning in Fall 2022. We are seeking candidates able to provide high quality teaching in the areas of Digital Marketing. Candidates must be comfortable teaching Digital Marketing topics such as SEO, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing technologies at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Required Qualifications
A master’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing from an AACSB accredited Institution. At least 5 years of recent and closely related Hands-on work experience is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with relevant industry and professional certifications (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Hootsuite etc.) are preferred. Prior college level teaching is a plus.
Hiring Rate/Range
Commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity; position includes a robust benefits package.
