Vacancy Number: S-00871 Position Title: Campus Services Operations Manager Classification Title: Coordinator Department: Campus Services Employment Type: Full-Time Duties and Responsibilities:
The Campus Services department is accepting applications for a full time Campus Operations Manager. The candidate chosen for this position would serve as the primary financial manager for Campus Operations and be responsible for the following duties:
  • Monitor and improve daily business functions
  • Build processes based on Campus Operations goals
  • Coordinate/Manage financial and administrative operations
  • Assist in establishing policies and procedures
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Knowledge of basic word processing software and the ability to operate standard computer software applications.
  • Knowledge of record-keeping procedures.
  • Knowledge of financial operations.
  • Knowledge of applicable university policies and procedures.
  • Organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to review materials and identify discrepancies or mistakes (i.e., proofreading).
  • Ability to provide information and assistance to assigned staff and customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred in Business Administration or related discipline and one (1) to three (3) years of general office experience or combination of education, training and five (5) year’s of progressive experience.
