Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) is America’s largest, fully accredited university specializing in aviation and aerospace. With its Asia’s office headquartered in Singapore, we are seeking to fill a strategic student recruitment position with an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced international recruiter who will develop and implement a successful international recruitment program in Singapore and the wider Asia region.
The Senior Manager of Student Recruitment will be based in Singapore and will report to the Director, Enrollment & Campus Operations. The role of the Senior Manager, Student Recruitment is to support the enrollment management strategies of the university by recruiting international students for study at all levels (bachelors, masters and doctoral) at Embry-Riddle campuses in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and online.

The Senior Manager of Student Recruitment will be based in Singapore and will report to the Director, Enrollment & Campus Operations. The role of the Senior Manager, Student Recruitment is to support the enrollment management strategies of the university by recruiting international students for study at all levels (bachelors, masters and doctoral) at Embry-Riddle campuses in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and online.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Director, Campus Operations to enhance a regional
strategic recruitment plan to meet enrollment goals across the
university
- Develop recruitment travel plan and involved in extensive
international travel to meet with prospects and secure applications
to ERAU
- Participation in education fairs across Asia
- Proactive outreach to prospective students at secondary
schools, polytechnics, and universities
- Build awareness of ERAU offerings through secondary/tertiary
guidance counselors, alumni, agents
- Work with existing network of agents ERAU engages with as well
as identifying potential new agents
- Enhance existing articulation and exchange programs and
identifying potential new partners
- Work closely with the Enrolment & Campus Operations team
and business development departments across the university to
ensure a seamless connection with prospective students, alumni and
partners
- Support academic quality in our teaching and learning
environment
- Support the teams in Singapore campus and across the university
in events
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director, Campus
Operations
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, business or other
related field, with at least 5 to 8 years of related work
experience
- Proven track record in the identification and development of
external strategic relationships
- Proven track record in market research and the development and
execution of recruitment strategy in new and existing international
regions
- Understanding of the aviation/aerospace industry is an added
advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to effectively communicate with varied constituencies
- Knowledge of developments in education and student recruitment
in Asia
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility
- Team player with strong customer focus to stakeholders
