Payband/Salary Range: ADM 08 $117,895 – $176,842
What you will do:
Under the general direction of the Vice-Provost, the Program Head, Business, provides academic and administrative leadership in their program area. In addition to meeting the UofGH strategic goals, the incumbent will be required to liaise between Humber College and the University of Guelph in achievement of key strategic goals of the partner institutions. The incumbent will be responsible for program staffing and development, and will ensure the achievement of exceptional academic standards within their assigned program area.

What you bring to the role:
Education
- An earned doctoral degree or equivalent related to the specific program discipline (business)
- Industry or professional work experience in a field specifically related to the program discipline (business)
Experience & Skills
- 5 - 9 years of substantive postsecondary teaching experience, along with demonstrated administrative capability
- Superior written and oral communication skills
In this role the incumbent must both initiate ideas and review proposals. This requires a clear understanding of the discipline as well as external issues such as student demographics, budget implications and alignment with strategic vision of the University.
