Job Description:

The Senior Client Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration and management of enterprise wide client applications, end-user devices and support services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Oversees the full Lifecycle of multiple enterprise client applications
•Installs and maintains end-user devices
•Provides support for college-wide client applications and services
•Provides technical support and monitors system operations
•Implements, monitors and improves security configurations for client applications and devices
•Develops scripts to automate recurring tasks

Minimum Requirements:

•Six (6) years of progressive experience in supporting and administrating client applications, devices, and technologies
•Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure
•Support service and operations: Contribute to defining and distributing O365 administration roles, including Security and Compliance roles (in parallel with Azure roles and Microsoft365 if applicable); contribute to defining provisioning, operations and information lifecycle processes across the enterprise
•Experience with Enterprise or related Email Security and Protection Software such as Cisco Email Security and Microsoft Cloud Security.
•Experience with workflow automation using Microsoft applications such as Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, and Microsoft Graph among others.
