Groundkeeper – Part Tme

POSITION DETAILS (DUTIES SPECIFIC TO THIS POSITION):

• Performs general maintenance of the College campus grounds including snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, weeding, mulching, planting, and trash pickup
• Removes snow and ice from the campus during winter months
• Ability to safely and effectively operate machinery such as mowers, pickup trucks with plows, salt/brine spreaders, and other power equipment used in grounds tasks
• Prepares College for outdoor events and activities; returns areas to previous condition to restore normal operation after outdoor events
• Orders supplies and equipment
• Safely operates and uses common groundskeeping and gardening equipment, tools, and chemicals
• Performs additional tasks and duties, as assigned by Supervisors and Managers
