Position Summary:

STLCC Workforce Solutions Group Division is seeking a highly motivated person who will serve as the Lead Instructor for its Digital Marketing Training in partnership with Generation USA. This is a full-time educational experience for students wanting to get started as a Digital Marketing Analyst. The training is 12 weeks long, with class sizes between 25-30 students. The curriculum is delivered by course staff, which consists of one Lead Instructor and two Teaching Assistants.

Primary Duties Performed:

Knowledgeable of industry trends in digital marketing and able to share your own personal insight with students.
Deliver engaging online synchronous modules to a diverse group of learners and guiding them in their asynchronous modules.
Host live video conferences 2-3 times/day for 50 students, with support of two Teaching Assistants.
Deliver all technical, behavioral, mindset, and employment essential lessons.
Adapt communication style to reflect and connect with the diverse experiences of participants.
Work with Teaching Assistants to deliver high quality, personalized learning experience for participants.
Administer, grade, and provide feedback on weekly assessments.
Provide relevant, timely feedback to students on formative and summative assessment and on student projects.
Explain complex topics in a non-technical way.
Coach and guide students to be as employable as possible and support them to develop industry standard portfolios.
Commit to and empathize with young/mid-career people and disconnected populations.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent and two (2) additional years of relevant full time experience,
Or
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years experience,
Or
Associate degree or equivalent, and seven (7) years experience
Or
9 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital/e-learning preferred and Certification in GAIQ (Google Analytics Individual Qualification) and Facebook Blueprint.
