The Regional Program Director is a member of the faculty (rank
commensurate with experience) who also holds administrative
appointment related to regional management of one or more programs
and can manage across modalities. In addition, the Regional Program
provides management and coordination of the standardized patient
programs and coordinates unified regional clinical immersions and
skills checks for both campus and online programs (virtual
synchronous). Responsibilities include: South virtual synchronous
campus, hybrid, and online instruction, day-to-day program
operations, assisting students toward successful term-by-term
progression and graduation, partnering with campus and academic
college leadership and the admissions, academic support and
financial aid staff to generate a prospective student pool,
partnering with the leadership to maintain program viability, and
staffing the courses with instructors who support the Mission of
the University and provide a high-quality learning experience for

operations, assisting student toward successful program completion,
clinical coordination, and assisting the CONPH achieving the
program outcomes. The Regional Program Director is co-responsible
with the CONPH for the fiscal well-being of the program as it

KEY JOB ELEMENTS:
Assists with the administration of the Academic Program or Programs
with a focus on program curriculum development, evaluation, and
quality improvement. Also assists with student advisement,
community, and campus relations.
Supports University programs designed to achieve student completion
rates as outlined in the five-year strategic plan.
Collaborates with other administrators and faculty within own
school and across schools and with the Department Chair re:
scheduling, sharing faculty, curriculum, and other.
Assists in assuring compliance with accreditation criteria within
three years or the length of the program, whichever is
Is co-responsible with Dean of the College, and other key leaders,
Creates a quarterly unified university schedule across assigned

regional content alignment utilizing Brightspace metrics and

Content Creation & Delivery
Manages course consortiums to assist leadership with fluid process
of content creation and alignment with foundational documents and
