Starting Pay Rate : Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale
Schedule Information : The class will be delivered in a blended format every Monday from 3:00 - 4:50pm. Classes will alternate every other week between in-person meetings and online synchronous meetings (via Blackboard Collaborate). Classes will start on August 22, 2022.
Job Description : We are looking for an instructor to teach our course EGR 100, Introduction to Engineering, for the Fall Semester 2022. The class is intended to get students more familiar with the variety of engineering professions; to work collaboratively with other students as part of a project team; demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively; take effective notes in college level courses; and apply an engineering approach to solve open-ended problems.
Education Requirements : Master's Degree in Engineering.
Experience Requirements : Professional engineering experience is preferred. Two years of teaching experience preferred.
