Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
Contractual duties include teaching and holding office hours.
Minimum Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Literacy or related field.
Experience teaching in K-12 classroom.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior teaching at college level.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of course content, ability to organize course material and deliver course content that takes into account student needs; can provide corrective feedback; has sufficient time to prepare for class and grade assignments; and ability using teaching technology preferably BrightSpace.
