Job Description
This position is in our St. Louis office representing Missouri University of Science and Technology's Corporate and Professional Education office.
  • Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and be the assistant to the Vice Provost for Corporate and Professional Education.
  • Greet visitors, answer the phone, and represent the department on the phone and in person professionally and confidently.
  • Produce revenue and enrollment reports.
  • Manage expenses and budget, coordinate and process travel expenses, pay bills.
  • Prepare correspondence, respond and triage emails, create a filing system, and maintain records electronically.
  • Create, maintain, and update the website.
  • Research companies and develop contacts.
  • Complete and compile market research.
  • Other duties as they evolve and are needed.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Terminal Four (web design), ability to display professionalism, good communication skills, and the ability to problem solve with sound decision making skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
  • Higher education experience and experience working with an executive is preferred.
  • Possesses expanded conceptual knowledge of the Program and Project Development and Management.
