Job Description:

The Senior Fiscal Manager is responsible for the direct management and accounting of restricted funds, such as Capital Improvement fees, PECO, grants and other restricted funds for Facilities Operations. This position monitors, audits and accounts for the Capital Outlay Funds budget and other related expenditures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Oversees Fund 7 Capital Outlay funding from federal, state and local sources
•Establishes budgets, maintains and reconciles project ledgers to the general ledger
•Reviews contractors and architect requisitions, invoices; purchase orders and change orders for approval and payment processing
•Assists with fiscal year end closing of Capital Construction which includes construction in progress and completed projects
•Handles year-end Fund 7 rollover and set up of retainage

Minimum Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and seven (7) years of experience in accounting/auditing; or Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and three (3) years of experience in accounting/auditing
