Position Summary:

District wide position, This is a day/night position - Instructors are responsible for instruction, grading, record-keeping, and compliance with legal and institutional obligations. Instructors should expect to meet all deadlines and to regularly use standard software, including the Microsoft Office suite, as appropriate.

Primary Duties Performed:

Seeking qualified candidates to teach core education classes for Teacher Education. Courses may include: Foundations of Education in a Diverse Society; Teaching Profession With Field Experience; Education of Exceptional Learners; Educational Psychology; Multi-cultural Education.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree with major in subject field and (5) years of related full-time work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree with major in subject field and (5) years of related full-time work experience.
Community College teaching and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Salary Range:

Commensurate with Experience
