The Villanova School of Business at Villanova University invites applications for a non-tenure track position in organizational behavior. This appointment is renewable and comes with opportunities for promotion and participation in the full academic life of the university. The university and school of business are committed to social justice and equity as we seek to create a diverse community of scholar-teachers. The position has a starting date of August 2022. 

 

Applicants must possess or be near the completion of a Ph.D. in Management or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate will have evidence of teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate and graduate levels, particularly in the area(s) of organizational behavior and general management. Candidates with both in-person classroom experience and experience/interest in teaching online are especially encouraged to apply.

 

Working within the Department of Management and Operations, the individual is expected to teach 3-4 courses per semester and maintain an active, collaborative presence within Villanova University. The position offers a commensurate and competitive salary and benefits package.
