    DIVISION OF: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics

    POSITION: Adjunct Instructor or Adjunct Assistant Professor (Non-tenure-track) in Mathematics, with minimum qualification of a Master's Degree (18 credit hours in mathematics or mathematically related content area) in the field from an accredited institution, and commitment to teaching in a historical Black College and University (HBCU) undergraduate liberal arts college preferred.

    STARTING DATE: TBD (Immediately, or at the beginning of each semester)

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The applicant must have a Master's degree in Mathematics or a mathematical related discipline from an accredited institution of higher education at the time of appointment. Demonstrated ability and/or interest in working in a multi-ethnic, multicultural environment.

    DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Experience working with diverse populations and/or multicultural teaching experience.

    DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to: teaching 1-2 introductory courses in mathematics, plus upper-level courses in either Multivariate Calculus, Advanced Math, Mathematical Programming, Modern Algebra, Probability/Statistics, or Real Analysis; in various formats including online, face-to-face, and hybrid modes.

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Applicants must submit a letter of application including graduate transcript(s), curriculum vitae, and three current letters of recommendation indicating teaching philosophy and adaptability to course modalities.
