This position will be responsible for the operation oversight, strategic planning for increased student engagement, allocation of resources, and assessment of events, programs and initiatives to achieve university goals for recruitment, retention, and student engagement. The Associate Dean/Director of Campus Life provides strategic leadership to Housing and Residence Life, Student Rights and Responsibilities, Student Government and Clubs, New Student Orientation, and the Student Union and Mill Buildings. This position reports to the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs/Dean of Students.
