Tenure-track role of Assistant Professor for the Department of Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Criminology at the University of Scranton. Responsibilities include teaching courses in cybercrime, cybersecurity and/or digital forensics, contributing to curriculum development and program assessment, maintaining a scholarly research program, and performing service to the Department, University, and Community.

Preference will be given to applicants with an interest in teaching and developing courses in the area of cybercrime/cybersecurity/digital forensics.  

Candidates must have a Doctorate in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a closely related field.  

Must have at least one year of prior teaching experience in an academic setting in the area(s) of cybercrime, cybersecurity and/or digital forensics.
