Other duties include student advising and participation in departmental activities.

Required Qualifications:
A Ph.D. is required, preferably in computer science or mathematics, though otherwise strong applicants with degrees in closely related fields will be considered. A demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching, and a record of, or clear potential for, sustained, successful research, are also essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Special Instructions to the Applicant:
Applicants should submit a letter of application, a current CV, graduate transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable), along with statements outlining their current and projected research, their teaching experience and philosophy, and how they will contribute to the university’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. They should also supply three confidential letters of recommendation, at least one addressing teaching and one addressing research.
