The Financial Aid & Enrollment Analyst is responsible for a comprehensive suite of analytic and business process improvement activities involving data collection, analysis, and reporting for Enrollment constituents, including the Enrollment Intelligence team. The Analyst plans, prepares, and produces a variety of regular and ad-hoc queries, reports, and business intelligence products to meet both internal (operational) and external (strategic) reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Analytical abilities:
  • Tableau design and maintenance
  • Proficient in Excel, Access
  • Experience with JavaScript and SQL is preferred
  • Experience with Python and Technolutions Slate/CRM systems is preferred
  • Basic statistical reporting is required
Education background/experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study with heavy emphasis on quantitative analysis
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience
  • Professional experience in higher education preferred
