Position Title (Mines Only) Structural Trades I Residency Requirement Applicants must be a Colorado resident. Job Description The purpose of this position is to provide quality general service to include interior and exterior repairs to roofing, doors, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, and to provide snow removal assistance. The position performs all phases of building preventative maintenance. In addition to building repairs, this position may be required to provide quality service in minor furniture and minor appliance repairs. Completes assigned work orders utilizing a computerized work order system to track time and materials used in completing work and to describe how the work was completed. Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience in the structural trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, roof repairs, etc.) Must possess excellent customer service skills to include communicating with and responding to all levels of employees in a professional environment such as a college, university, corporation or other similar setting. Must have basic computer skills in order to utilize a computerized work order system and electronic access systems. Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior relevant state experience
  • Preventative maintenance experience

$3,266.00 - $3,780.00 Monthly
