Position Responsibilities:
VCUarts Theatre department is seeking a Vocal Coach for Musical Theatre Performance classes. We are seeking an individual who has professional experience and a degree focused in vocal pedagogy for for musical theatre. Will need to coach a total of 12 to 14 hours per week on campus or via zoom.
Required Qualifications:
Must be competent in music theory and be able to mentor students in the basics of music theory in an upper-level course.
Must be versed in a variety of musical styles within the musical theatre canon.
Must have a minimum of 3 years working as a musical director and vocal coach.
Salary Range: $18 - $25
