Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week year round

This position is responsible for assisting the Testing Center Coordinator in providing quality service to students and proctoring tests for the Testing Center.
Job Duties:
This list includes but is not limited to the following:
- Helps procure and organize the necessary materials for each testing session.
- Monitors and employs the process used by students to make testing reservations.
- Proctors testing sessions and ensures that tests are administered in a courteous and positive manner.
- Provides clear instructions that guide students in precisely following testing procedures.
- Maintains accurate and secure testing procedures and records.
- Provides individual testing accommodation for students with disabilities as needed.
- Communicates and relates effectively with diverse clientele.
- Efficiently manages materials, data, and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with supervisor, college staff, students, and the community.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience : An Associate’s degree and a minimum of one-year full-time related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong attention to detail, ability to direct groups of students effectively through precise testing procedures, and a positive approach to customer service is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience that demonstrates a familiarity with standardized testing formats, and successful interaction with the college enrollment process
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency using personal computer, including current versions of Microsoft Windows and Office applications,
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone and copier
