Assistant Program Center Manager


Based out of the Forth Worth, TX program center, the Assistant Program Center Manager will be engaged in recruitment and day-to-day operations of the program center by providing academic counseling for prospects and students and will work in concert with the PCM/Academic Advisor/Admissions Representative toward enrollment goals for the Center. This is a part-time role reporting to the University Registrar’s Office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provides Academic advising to students throughout program of study.
  • Coordinates application and portfolio activity, including tracking of applications and portfolios through evaluation process
  • Resolves student issues in expedient and diplomatic manner
  • Assists in opening and closing classrooms
  • Assists in registration process
  • Assists with planning course schedule for center
  • Helps to ensure enrollment retention
  • Accepts phone calls and helps visitors
  • Represents the University at education fairs, area chambers and community events
  • Maintains files
  • Understands the financial aid process.
  • Monitors student account information
  • Markets the program utilizing various modes of media
  • Establish and maintain connections with military branches
  • Compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Military background preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning program, preferably via experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of detailed written work
  • Skillful with planning and coordinating
  • Telemarketing ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills
