Job Summary
The Enterprise Desktop Engineer & Support Team Lead is responsible for resolving technical service issues by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures. Position meets customer satisfaction by providing technical advice, guidance and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs in the academic instructional spaces. Position also performs other duties as assigned by the Associate Director and/or in coordination with the ATS team
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferably in a Computer or Management
related area or equivalent combination of completed college-level
classes and/or computer certificate training classes plus related
work experience.
- Three (3) years of prior client technologies support experience
within the last five (5) years.
- Advanced understanding of operating systems and infrastructure
that supports it including SCCM and Active Directory policies,
groups, and users.
- Enterprise-level support experience with mobile devices,
printers, and other end user hardware.
- Ability to work directly with end users, technical staff and
vendors when troubleshooting support issues.
- Well-developed written and oral communication
skills.
- Experience in formal Team Project setting.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer or Management
related area.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
