Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology is actively seeking Rheumatologists with superior clinical and academic skills at the level of Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in a non-tenure clinical educator track.
This position involves outpatient Rheumatologic care and inpatient consultations, coordination of Rheumatology education, and involvement in clinical research. Clinical activities will be in a hospital-based clinic and community clinic.
We offer both a competitive salary and an academic appointment with the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Department of Medicine, commensurate with the applicant’s background and accomplishments.

- MD degree
- Board certified in Internal Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology
- Candidate must have current, unrestricted, New York State medical license or NYS Licensure in progress and active on date of hire
- Candidate must have current, unrestricted federal, and as-needed state, prescriptive authority
