Associate/Assistant Professor in Microelectronics

The Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Social Sciences invites applications for the position of Associate/Assistant Professor in Psychology. The Department of Psychology is one of the most research active departments in UM. It is ranked 8th in Asia and 97th in the world by Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2020. Qualifications

Areas are open, with a strong preference for someone trained in clinical psychology or clinical neuropsychology. The person’s research focus can be in any area including clinical psychology. The most important criterion is evidence of active and productive research and publications. Applicants must have a PhD degree in psychology or related disciplines.

The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in January 2023.

Remuneration

A taxable annual remuneration starting from MOP828,100 (approximately USD102,230) will be commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% - 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
