Job Title: Systems Analyst/Programmer
Department: Strategic Planning and Management
Division: Strategic Enrollment Management
Reports to: Associate Director, CRM & Digital Strategy
Summary:
The Systems Analyst/Programmer will work across the functional units within the Division of Enrollment Management to devise and modify procedures for integrated use of Slate CRM and other data systems to enhance business processes. S/he will design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document implementations aimed to properly manage and leverage the data stored in Rowan University systems. S/he will serve as the CRM data feed liaison between the division of Enrollment Management and the division of Information, Resources, and Technology (IRT). S/he will also coordinate the development and management of analytical reports and collect, interpret, analyze, and disseminate data.

Qualifications:
Required
- Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field
- Four (4) years of professional related experience
- Working knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL, XML/XSLT, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and liquid markup, and willingness to learn other languages as needed.
- Familiarity with databases
- Ability to successfully prioritize and facilitate several projects and deadlines independently, while building collaborative relationships
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present to diverse audiences, specifically racially, ethnically, and socioeconomically diverse communities
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Master's degree
- Higher education experience
- Relational database programming experience
- Knowledge of information technology systems and reporting tools, familiarity with Slate CRM, Banner, and OnBase
- Sound knowledge of and experience developing and implementing processes for improved data quality and standards
