* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Engineering Technology, Computer Technology, OR
* Master’s degree in closely related discipline with a minimum of 45 credit hours in Computer Science, including a minimum of 18 credit hours in Computer Science at the graduate level.
* Teaching experience.
* Five (5) years or more full-time industry employment in a computer science or closely related occupation area (could include appropriate documented consulting or development experience). Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Preference will be given to individuals who possess :
Doctorate
Distance education variety and experience
Two (2) years teaching experience in a variety of courses
Web development experience
Experiences with programming and/or course Development
Industrial certification
Recent industrial experience (within the last five (5) years) Work Hours
Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; may be required to work other shifts to include evenings and/or weekends. Schedule subject to change based upon department needs.
Compensation Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Special Instructions to Applicants
Positions contingent on budget-appropriated funding. Position available Fall 2022 unless otherwise approved

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Brief Description of Duties:
Full-time faculty position to teach a variety of CSIS courses related to application design and development, and to accomplish curriculum development/research activities in the discipline at both campus and district level. Courses may be taught day, evening, and/or weekends at multiple locations.
Development:
- SQL, HTML5, Java, . NET, C#, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Python
- Microsoft Office 2019 Products.
- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook.
- Web Technology
Other courses that may be taught include:
Unix/Linux, E-Commerce, Networking, Computing theory, Network security, Windows OS, Windows Server, Computer Hardware. Network Security
Create/coordinate apprenticeships
