Job Summary:

Provides research expertise to fundamental and applied scientific research and solves problems in research development and applications to support the advancement of research.
Focus is on hemp transformation efficiency improvements, analyzing transgenic or edited hemp plants, bioinformatic analysis, and producing new value-added traits that can provide new IP for the UW and ultimately create value for farmers and consumers.

Education:

Preferred
Master's Degree

Qualifications:

-2+ years in plant related research.
-Plant tissue culture experience required.
-Plant transformation or editing experience is preferred.
-Hemp experience is preferred.
