Job Summary: Protect capital investment, ensure the health and safety of building occupants through proper custodial processes and support the educational performance of the college.

The position will be posted until filled.

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience. Or, a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job

Hiring Range: $24,069-$30,086

Job Specific Task List:

1. Maintain all types of floor surfaces utilizing up to date materials and processes. - (Essential)

2. Provide instruction and guidance in the floor maintenance program. - (Essential)

3. Maintain specialized floor equipment. - (Essential)

4. Assist as a substitute custodian as needed. - (Essential)

5. Recommend the selection of supplies and equipment and maintain proper inventory. - (Essential)

6. Assist with snow and ice remediation as needed. - (Essential)

7. Performs other duties as assigned - (Standard)
