Position Summary:
Saint Joseph’s University, Department of Food Marketing, invites applications for a renewable one year, visiting instructor. Food Marketing at SJU is the only academic food marketing program offering undergraduate, graduate, executive and continuing education in the world. The Food Marketing Department in the Erivan K. Haub School of Business is ranked #7 in the WORLD and is internationally accredited by AACSB. We are celebrating more than 50 Years of Excellence in Food Marketing Education (1962-2014) at Saint Joseph’s University.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires teaching four undergraduate and/or
graduate food marketing courses per semester, such as Marketing
Communications and Understanding the Food Customer and Consumer. In
addition, the candidate is expected to advise food marketing majors
on curriculum related issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline with meaningful experience in the food marketing industry as a professional and an educator.
