Directs the implementation of an assessment program for a college, which supports the accreditation process. Collects and interprets data in support of assessment program.
- Develops and implements methods and procedures to administer assessment program.
- Assists with the organization, development and maintenance of institutional effectiveness in support of the assessment program.
- Evaluates learning objectives and develops measurement instruments to analyze outcomes.
- Collaborates with departments to collect assessment data.
- Analyzes assessment data using research methodologies and applicable software applications.
- Develops survey instruments and analyzes survey results.
- Prepares and disseminates reports of data and analysis.
- Develops training materials and trains staff in assessment evaluations and measurements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience will not be considered in lieu of education.
Doctorate in educational measurement, assessment design, evaluation,
or a related field preferred.
Additional Preferences:
Experience working in higher education.
Experience in curriculum development, and/or assessment.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; word, excel, etc.
Experience with SAS, SPSS, or other statistical analysis software.
Qualifications :
Bachelors and 3 years experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
